Morris Associates has been retained to advise a Contractor upon an extension of time claim on a development and to assist with its preparation. The form of contract is an amended JCT 2005 Design & Build.

Morris Associates has been appointed by a major International engineering company to prepare a time impact analysis on an underground railway upgrade project using the NEC form of contract..
Expert Witness – Bathroom Pods
Richard Morris has been appointed as Expert Witness to provide evidence in a litigation matter as to delays and disruption incurred by a Defendant contractor as a result of claimed failures by the bathroom pod Claimant sub-contractor under a DOM/2 sub-contract.
Delay Analysis – Bespoke
Richard Morris was appointed to provide programme advice and delay analysis in relation to a high-class residential development on behalf of the developer.
Adjudication Support – DOM/1
Morris Associates has been retained to provide advice to a contractor in relation to a DOM/1 mechanical and electrical services sub-contract where the sub-contractor has submitted a grossly inflated final account and loss and expense claim and was threatening to adjudicate and litigate, including issuing winding-up proceedings.
