Richard Morris has been appointed as Expert Witness to provide programme advice in relation to a litigation matter where a contractor is suing an architect for delays (relating back to an arbitration a few years before).



Programme Advice – Railway Station Development



Richard Morris has been retained by a major UK contractor to provide overview, executive programme advice in relation to a litigation matter where experts have already been appointed for both sides.



Programme Advice – Hospital



Richard Morris has been retained to provide independent advice to a National Health Service Trust on any extension of time entitlements of a main contractor for a series of new build ward blocks. Richard has also been appointed as the Expert Witness on programme matters in any subsequent proceedings.



Programme Advice and Claim Defence – Major International Aiport



Richard Morris was retained to provide preliminary advice on the programme implications of a dispute on a major construction project in Hong Kong, the Chek Lap Kok Airport, in relation to the construction of tunnels into reclaimed land.
